No hassle returns for damaged or destroyed products! Lanterns And More will cover all shipping costs on returns and replacements for any damaged or destroyed products.
If you receive a damaged or destroyed product or the wrong order because of us, please contact us via email at Help@lanternsandmore.com within 5 business days of delivery. In your email please indicate the purchase order number or invoice number, the specific items that were destroyed or incorrectly delivered with photos attached to your email.
Lanterns And More will only offer refunds for products that are damaged or incorrectly fulfilled within the specified time frame. Furthermore, Lanterns And More retains the right to offer a partial refund for any damaged products in lieu of mailing out a replacement order.
Refused or Unaccepted Packages:
Customers will be assessed a fee for any refused or unaccepted packages that were delivered within the range of the shipping method the customer selected. Charges will be based on the carriers' charges assessed to Lanterns And More. The charges will be deducted from the customer's order before a refund can be issued. If the carrier's charges to Lanterns And More exceeds the customer's order subtotal, the customer will be charged the difference.
